Clients who have registered with Carrot have accepted the Terms and Conditions at the time of their subscription. Carrot reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Additionally, the Terms and Conditions may be revised as necessary to comply with changes in legal requirements and standards. We encourage you to regularly review these sections to stay informed about any updates on our platforms and to ensure continued compliance with these terms.

 

  1. Delivery policy

We aim to deliver promptly, but reserve the right to not deliver if: it’s outside our delivery times or zone, in bad weather, to minors, or in public places. If you opt for doorstep delivery, you’ll be charged, and we’re not liable for further product loss or damage. For personal delivery, if we can’t find you at the specified address, we’ll try to contact you. If you’re not available at the delivery time and we can’t reach you, you’ll still be charged.

  1. Membership Terms

Eligibility:

Membership is open to individuals of any age.

Membership Fees:

We offer a variety of membership plans, with prices ranging from 750 AED to 2600 AED per month. The cost depends on the number of meals and the specific goals of the customer. Each plan includes personalized meal options tailored to your dietary needs and preferences.

Sign-Up Process:

You can sign up either online or in-person.

Renewal and Cancellation:

Members will receive a notification message via WhatsApp two days before the end of their current subscription period to inquire about renewal preferences.

  1. Response to Renewal Notification:

– Members must respond to the renewal notification within 24 hours to confirm their renewal.

– If no response is received, the membership will [automatically cancel].

  1. Ordering and Payment

– *Menu Information: * Menu items are subject to change based on availability.

– *Ordering: * Orders can be placed at the counter, online.

– *Payment Methods: * We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments.

– *Billing Errors: * Report any billing errors to management immediately for correction.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Members can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting customer support at

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before.
  • A cancellation fee of 200 AED will apply to all cancellations.
  • Upon cancellation, the days in which the customer received meals will be calculated, and the remaining amount, after deducting the cost of the meals received and the cancellation fee, will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Refunds are calculated based on the
days the member received meals and the cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours after the
cancellation is processed.
  1. Meal Plans and Delivery
  • Customization: Meals are customized based on member goals.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled [daily] and are subject to delivery fees.
  • Delivery Fees:

* Ajman: 100 AED

* Shariah: 150 AED

* Dubai: 200 AED

  • Changes to Orders: Members can make changes to their meal plans or delivery schedules by contacting customer support at least [24 hours] in advance. 10. Privacy Policy –
